Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Alex — yoga teacher, community space dreamer, and long-time student of what it means to feel at home in a body..

I’ve been practicing yoga all my adult life. What started as a physical outlet slowly became something much deeper — a way to listen inward, come back to myself, and build resilience. My teaching blends movement, breath & meditation to cultivate inner awareness and balance.

I believe yoga is a tool for self-discovery, a way to reconnect with the body, and a path to finding stillness in the modern world. I teach with care and a sense of humour, and my classes are unpretentious, inclusive, warm and welcoming.

Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time, or deepening your practice, my goal is to guide you toward a sense of connection, awareness, and inner joy.
